After
receiving our first "gluten-free" guests we looked into Celiac disease a
bit more. You can now enjoy a gluten-free holiday at Casa Cantiga.
We provide a gluten-free box with the following contents: colander, frying pan,
synthetic breadboard, Spatulas, toaster, bread knife, new cloths, dishwashing
brush, and sponges.
Also upon your arrival your kitchen will be extra thoroughly cleaned and all
the dishes washed in the dishwasher.
From the choice of our apartments, Casinha Cançao has an oven available in
which you can bake pizzas or bread.
When joining in our shared meals (barbecue and pizza evenings), we also
consider your diet.
In the immediate vicinity are several shops where you can buy gluten-free
products by, among others, the mark Schar.
